Terms & Procedure

1) Booking Fee: INR 25,000/- to be paid to “HAVISHAA PROPTECH”.

2) Sale Agreement: Sale Agreement must be executed within 30 days of Booking, accompanied by a payment of 30% of the total Site value.

3) Booking Amount Refund Policy: Your booking amount is refundable within 30 days from booking date.
If you cancel, it will be refunded within 30 days from cancellation. Complete the Sale Agreement within 30 days; otherwise, the booking will close automatically and the booking amount will not be refundable.

4) Registration Timeline: Property registration must be completed within 30 days of receiving the Khata.

5) Registration Charges: Stamp duty must paid by buyer as per prevailing government norms.

6) Premium Location Charges (PLC): Additional charges for location preferences as follows:
a) 5% Premium for East-facing, North-facing, 100 ft Road, 60 ft Road or Park-facing plots.
b) 10% Premium for Corner plots.
