Terms & Procedure

1) Booking Fee: INR 25,000/- to be paid to “HAVISHAA PROPTECH”.

2) Sale Agreement: Sale Agreement must be executed within 30 days of Booking, accompanied by a payment of 30% of the total Site value.

3) Booking Amount Refund Policy: The booking amount is non-refundable after 30 days from the booking date. In case of site booking cancellation, any applicable refund will be processed to the source bank account in 30 day from the cancellation date. Additionally, if the customer fails to execute the Sale Agreement within 30 days of booking, the booking will be automatically canceled without any refund.

4) Registration Timeline: Property registration must be completed within 30 days of receiving the Katha.

5) Registration Charges: The Paid by buyer at 7.65% as per prevailing government norms.

6) Premium Location Charges (PLC): Additional charges apply for specific location preferences as follows:
5% Premium for East-facing, North-facing, or Park-facing plots. | 10% Premium for Corner plots. | 5% Premium for Plots facing 100 ft or 60 ft roads.
